We are a French NGO created in 2025 with one goal: to build a better future by empowering people where it matters most. On the ground

We support farmers, entrepreneurs, and young professionals, especially in the Horn of Africa and Europe, by providing tools for digital transformation, access to training, and connections to real economic opportunities.

Our multicultural team of volunteers and experts works side by side with local communities to co-create solutions that last. At BAE, we believe that dignity begins with autonomy and that every person deserves the chance to build their own path forward.

Impact Stories

Helina – From Farmer to Business Owner (Ethiopia)

Helina used to sell her crops in a small local market, earning just enough to get by. Through BAE’s digital training program, she learned how to use her phone to monitor prices, connect with buyers, and manage her finances. Today, Fatima supplies fresh produce to regional markets and employs two women from her village.

Oleksandr – Growing Through Crisis (Ukraine)

When the war disrupted trade routes, Oleksandr, a young farmer in western Ukraine, feared losing his entire season. BAE helped him join an online platform to connect with buyers across the country. He also received training in logistics and e-commerce. Not only did he sell his harvest, he tripled his client base.
